In a medium bowl, add all the spices and the olive oil, stirring to combine.
Add the chicken and toss to coat with the marinade.
Thread the chicken cubes on the skewers.
Place the skewers on the hot grill on the diagonal to get those pretty grill marks. Grill until the bottom of the chicken has grill marks and the meat turns from pink to white.
Use tongs to turn over the chicken to cook the second side.
When the chicken is cooked through, remove the skewers from the grill. Remove the chicken from the skewers on the serving plates. Drizzle the grilled Bang Bang Chicken with the Bang Bang Sauce.

Serve the grilled Bang Bang Chicken with roasted vegetables, such as asparagus, okra, zucchini, or summer squash.
