Tuesday Turn About Link Party 50
I hope you had a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend. It rained most of Sunday and all of Monday, so we were pretty much home~bound. Tuesday Turn About Link Party 50 goes on in spite of rain.
We can’t believe that this is our 50th link party! Happy Anniversary to us! We have grown and enjoyed meeting new bloggers and sharing all the wonderful projects and ideas with readers. In celebration of this milestone, Julie, Michelle, and I are each choosing 4 features this week. 12 total features for everyone to enjoy. Be sure to give these ladies a shoutout. Here’s TTA 49 for you.
Carol’s Blogger Tip
I’ve mentioned several times the importance of linking new content to older posts and visa versa. When linking those posts, be sure to use descriptive links; in other words, don’t use phrases like “click” or “here”. Longer and more descriptive links make it easier for people to click on your link. It’s better for SEO, too. For example, use this “idea for a patriotic vignette” or “delicious recipe for summer squash casserole”. See the links below in my features for more examples.

Tuesday Turn About Link Party 50 Features
Here are my features of the week. Be sure to visit Julie and Michelle to see their features.
I love a good hack, recreating an item with your own DIY creativity. Michelle of Blessings By Me found a wood candlestick from Kirkland’s that inspired her to make her own version.
Lori of Dining Delight created a lovely lemon~themed table for snacking and enjoying a glass of refreshing lemonade. It’s full of lemony color and darling lemony accessories.
I had to include a little red, white, and blue. I was attracted to this awesome American flag made by Kristi of Mulch and Paint from a palette. I made a similar one a couple of years ago, but hers is really big.
And for our bonus feature ~ Do you love ideas for organizing your office or craft room? This transformation of a bedroom to an office/craft room by Marie of Interior Frugalista will give you some great ideas for your own area.
