Tuesday Turn About Link Party 40

Welcome friends to Tuesday Turn About Link Party 40. Our country has changed drastically since our last link party. I won’t even go into all that has changed.

A blogging link party may seem so trivial in light of pandemics and economic uncertainty. We all have so much on our minds; however, as we try to keep our routines as normal as possible, hopefully, continuing to discover new ideas and projects may keep us all occupied mentally and emotionally.

So . . . we hope that you will take a moment to share your posts with your fellow bloggers and readers. We all need a little distraction from the worries that surround us. I am praying for my family, my city and state, my country and the world. I am praying that we all follow the prescribed practices to stay healthy. I am praying for you, this community of all people who love their homes. I am putting my trust in our medical and science communities, in our leadership, and in my neighbor. And most of all, I am putting my trust in God.

Be safe and let’s do a little linking.

Here is last week’s party at TTA 39.

P.S. Happy St. Patrick’s Day.

Tuesday Turn About Link Party 40 Weekly Features

I love decor ideas that are easy, inexpensive and give a big bang for your buck. This simple, but pretty basket of stems and flowers from Yvonne at StoneGable fills all those criteria. Adding a striped ribbon gives a plain basket pizazz and style. To make this project your own, just change out the color and type of stems and flowers and your own color and pattern of ribbon.

Everyone wants to decorate for spring and Rachelle of My Hubbard Home offers some great ideas for refreshing your spring decor. Using things like a little picket fence, wood bunnies, and floral greenery gets you started on your own spring decorating.

Don’t we all want a custom look for pennies on the dollar? Heidi of My Sweet Cottage created a storage~filled niche using repurposed cabinets in her dressing room. Lots of great ideas here on how to get that custom, but vintage look.
